The Approach
RNY identifies charitable eye hospitals across India that already serve communities but remain underutilised. Through a defined selection process, VFI partners with them and provides financial support so they can increase the number of surgeries they perform.
Implementation
Partner hospitals conduct free surgeries. Individual surgeons and hospital teams contribute their expertise, while VFI helps expand reach by supporting procedures through these centres.
